New Bern, North Carolina native Jeremy Squires is a singer-songwriter best known for his haunting melodies and evocative lyrics.
Squires carries in his voice the undeniable charms of the small Southern city, as well as a darker, haunted undercurrent.
"While Americana music is littered with melancholy tales of drinking, loss, and broken romance, Squires delivers raw, concise lyrics – ungarnished by flowery rhetoric that candidly spell out tragedy. Squires relates sadness in a way that listeners can relate too."
